Tempestt S. Smith joined ATS JR Companies before it was called it’s current name in 2011 to provide administrative support as a secretary. Tempestt immediately made a major impact and was promoted within a few short months to Antonio T. Smith Jr.’s, personal assistant. Within a few short years, the company would grow to have many assistants and volunteers and Tempestt would be promoted once more to Executive Assistant, overseeing more than 54 people. Tempestt would be so efficient throughout the years to come that Antonio would offer her 30% ownership in most of his companies. Today, she is not just an assistant, but a CEO. Tempestt has very strong skill sets in media production, including audio, film, television and radio, computer programming, to add to her administration talents. She has developed strong relationships with Lakewood Church of Houston, Texas, as well as top business firms and publication companies. Tempestt is also a Les Brown Certified Speaker, Trainer, and Coach, and can now add international trainer and keynote speaker to her accolades. She co-hosts the Brick By Brick podcast with Antonio, which reaches over 70 countries and has become known as a world wide inspiration and hopes to all who have been abused and introverts everywhere. Tempestt has founded companies on her own that operate within the umbrella of the ATS Jr Companies.
Tempestt is a public relations and strategic communications expert. She has worked in media, crisis communications, publishing, hospitality, church, and technology. Tempestt has consulted for major church convention outlets and colleges and universities. Tempestt has produced countless web documentaries and series with Antonio and is often one the creative minds and writers behind many things his audience has come to love.
