Hi my name is Tara and I live in a state of curiosity, shape-shifting, and balance. Beyond designing, you can find me with my little family, reading, and looking for ways to help black women thrive in tech.
I am not my job. For better or for worse. That being said...I love what I do as a UX Designer. The longer i’m in my career, the more I realize most of us are just faking it till we make it and that is O.K! I still don’t know a lot about a lot of things, but I am committed and confident in my ability to learn.
You can find me advocating for humans. I value clear communication. I push myself to not wait for perfect conditions to make decisions. I strive to be a cross-collaborator and co-creator to produce the right solutions as quickly as possible. Lastly, I am always learning from decisions made. What worked? What didn’t work? What can we do better next time?
