Bio

Sue Bowles is a survivor turned thriver as an award-winning author, speaker and ACC credentialed Life Coach. Weaving together personal stories of evil-redeemed-for-good, you will experience courage to face your pain, creating stories of hope for yourself and others.

=====

Having done the hard work of healing from a childhood rape, an eating disorder, other sexual assaults, and twice considering suicide, Sue uses these life-altering events to catalyze new hope for others.

Now, As the Chief Instigator behind the Dare to Believe Movement and Founder of My Step Ahead LLC, Sue leads the charge in talking about real things that matter. She gets to the heart of the issues where true breakthrough and change

happen. Through speaking, writing, and Life Coaching, Sue challenges others who feel stuck and disqualified due to life circumstances to take the next step in their journey, walking with them along the way so they can live boldly in Christ and fulfill their God-given calling.

Sue's author credits include her award-winning first book, "This Much I Know...The Space Between". Sue is also a co-author of the Amazon best-selling book, “Breaking the Silence: Voices of Survivors Vol 1” and is an invited author for “Breaking the Silence: Voices of Survivors Vol 2” due out October 2024.

Finding the Change That Eludes You

One question, and your answer makes all the difference! Do you believe that you matter?

Permanent, God-honoring change does not occur until this question is settled in your heart. Sue invites the audience on a journey of possibilities of new ways of thinking of ourselves the way God actually does.

Using Your Story - Even in the Messy Middle

The space between wounded and healed can leave us feeling adrift. The audience will be inspired, encouraged, empowered, and motivated in their journeys with the truth ‘you only have to be a step ahead to help the person behind you.’

Discovering the Real You

We all wear masks. But who are you behind the mask, and are you willing to risk taking the next step toward being seen for who you really are? Audiences leave with actionable steps to increase their safety circle as they take their next step in their journey of authenticity.

45 Minutes in Time: Life's Defining Moments

What if the power in making a difference lies in the defining moments which now hold you hostage? Your audience will leave hopeful, empowered, and equipped to take the next step in changing their internal narrative to define their past, no longer letting it define them.
