Steve Fouracre

I have over 20 years commercial experience in the IT industry and have over 12 years experience in Salesforce that has largely involved leading teams at companies such as Barclays, Finastra, Cognizant, Assurant, O2 ( where I led a number of development teams comprising over 40 people spread over 3 global hubs ), and for the last 2 years I have led Salesforce teams at Metacube. Predominantly my focus has been implementing complex Sales and Service cloud programmes, but my experiences extend to a long list of Salesforce cloud and interrelated technologies such as Einstein Analytics, Marketing cloud, Salesforce CPQ and Community cloud etc. I have extensive experience in designing for all of the above technologies, embedding best practices across the entire development life cycle and enhancing processes and frameworks to establish best-of-class teams. My core skills include logical and analytical thinking, being able to problem solve under my own initiative and am extremely innovative, which has been demonstrable on projects I have led from inception to deployment. I’m passionate about technology and processes and how both can transform systems and companies.
