I'm energetic, flawed, authentic, and colored hair and leggings are my business attire. I have been an entrepreneur since I was 18 and I am also the creator of the Booty Fitness Workout - a mindset based workout program that gives women a mind-shift and a body-lift. I use my years of dieting failures, mindset mishaps, along with my education in functional nutrition, business, dance and coaching to help teach the missing tools that link wellness and happiness: your brain and your thoughts. I'm not a huge fan of the full-on woo-woo stuff. Positive Psychology, Cognitive Psychology, Quantum Physics mixed with a little woo and my faith is how I coach women to finally stop making excuses and start taking actions.
