I have worked as an educator, trainer and teacher for over 17 years in both Western and Middle-Eastern environments and I am familiar with both public and private education sectors.

Although I have experienced a variety of academic disciplines and taught various subjects, wellness and self-empowerment are the primary guide in everything I do; in both my personal and professional life. In other words, I practice what I preach.

I am a multi-passionate person who thrives on inspiring others to become the best version of who they are. I practice movement, experiential learning and community-service for healing, awareness-building, growth, self-development and general well-being.

My purpose is to incorporate my passions further into the work I do so that I can impact even more people and help them grow into healthier, more balanced and fulfilled individuals beyond the confines of classroom and office walls.
