Hailing from the serene Azores Islands and now residing in the vibrant city of Lisbon since my university days, I am a person who thrives on the energy of the sun, beach, and ocean. My love for dynamic sports such as kitesurfing, crossfit, trail running, pole dancing, and sailing is a testament to my zest for life and adventure.

A proud parent of a Portuguese Water Dog, my journey with my companion has deepened my affection for animals and heightened my awareness of the need for a more animal-friendly society. This empathy extends beyond my personal life, influencing my professional ethos as well.

Originally trained as an engineer, I soon pivoted to project management, finding a path in the ever-evolving world of Information Technology. My career has taken me around the globe, managing diverse IT projects. This international exposure, combined with an MBA, has culminated in my current role - leading and building a pioneering team in the field of 5G technology in Portugal.

My journey, however, has not been without its challenges. In 2019, I faced a serious burnout, a pivotal moment that led me to embrace the importance of self-discovery and personal development. This experience has been transformative, marking a period of transition in all facets of my life. Today, I am not just a leader in technology, but also an advocate for self-awareness and personal growth, eager to share my story and insights with others.
