Academically, Simantinee is a Civil Engineer with a Master’s in Technology (M.Tech) and an MBA, and holds a Sangeet Visharad (Bachelor’s degree in Indian classical music), reflecting a rare integration of technical rigor and artistic mastery.
A classically trained vocalist and international touring performer, Simantinee has shared the stage with some of the most prominent names in Indian entertainment. Her voice also reaches global audiences through creative platforms like Subway Surfers (world’s most-downloaded mobile game).
In parallel, she has held public impact roles, serving as a Single-Window Clearance Authority for Tripura Tourism and contributing to City of San Jose cultural initiatives that foster community resilience and diasporic influence.
Simantinee is also the founder of Spotlife Studio, a creative platform and label amplifying diasporic voices and cultural expression. She has collaborated with Saregama, India’s iconic music label, launching 100 south asian talents from north america on their platform further cementing her presence in the global Indian music space.
