Sheraz Khan is a building consultant in Canada. Sheraz, who was born and raised in Longueuil, graduated from Concordia University in Montréal, Canada, with a degree in mechanical engineering. Sheraz worked at Lafarge Cement Canada's Montreal Research Facility, where he revised technical specs for gear and technical assessments for these machineries, among other jobs related to his degree's field. Sheraz also worked in tutoring, which permitted him to put his math, physics, and engineering knowledge to practical use by teaching and encouraging secondary school pupils, as well as reviewing and arguing their progress with both children and their parents. He also functioned as a real estate investor on Montreal's south side, where he had to buy, restore, and sell homes. Mr. Khan's prior employment required him to oversee a variety of areas, including layout, architecture, management, engineering, and construction, as well as legislation and policy. He was also in charge of managing, preserving, and improving the house-renting process. Meanwhile, Sheraz Khan's latest position was as a property manager. Sheraz's responsibilities included managing a property investment's day-to-day operations, managing all forms of real estate from single-family houses to huge apartment buildings, and managing renters, which encompassed everything from finding tenants to dealing complaints to triggering expulsions. Another aspect of his job required him to market the property in order to fill vacancies, as well as inspect the flat and look for any issues.
