Shaun Taylor Duvall, co-founder of P.S. Strategic Communication (PSST) is passionate about social media, digital technology, and media psychology. With over a decade of customer and information service, Mr. Duvall’s expertise includes research in the areas of how advertisers connect using technology, social media persuasive strategies, cognitive impact of media, and maintaining an organization’s digital presence. As the Chief Information officer for PSST, Mr. Duvall ensures professional development of all graphic and design elements and persuasive communication materials. In addition, he maintains and manages client relations in the customer and information services based on his deep understanding of the technical and business challenges clients face, to better identify opportunities to increase sales of products and services that meet those needs. Currently pursuing a Master’s to doctoral degree in Media Psychology, Shaun Duvall is studying how digital tools will change media delivery, media consumption, and the cognitive and social impact of media. His current academic pursuit includes branding, research tools, and cognitive neuroscience. Informed by his customer service experience and understanding of generative psychological motivators, Mr. Duvall’s passion is to bridge the generational digital technology and communication knowledge gap between baby boomers and millennials and post millennials ages. Seeing new media as a powerful voice, he seeks to promote responsible use and distribution of media through an online collective. Mr. Duvall is also co-authoring a book on the need for “common sense” in the digital age.
