I have over 23 years of retail and business management experience to pour into my clients! I am currently running the powerhouse MBE, WBE, SBE, and AABE certified business management agency known as "MFAD Creative Group LLC". Some of my successes include 6 award-winning research papers, over 300 face to face meetings with business owners and numerous podcast interviews. I also played a key role in the county African American Business Entreprise Initiative, which came out of the Disparity Study done in 2016.

My research niche is minority businesses as well as gentrification, both of which I have presented on as well as received awards. Previous clients include clothing companies, artist, marketing firms, school districts, and more. I have assisted with company growth ranging from 10%-15% over a few months.
