Once being the child who always wanted to voice the opinion of my classmates, my talent was in captivating the attention of an audience. My natural progression to always draw out the strengths in others caused me to realize that this would be my career path, to walk in my passion.
With over thirty years of honing in on my gift of coaching, speaking , mentorship, and most importantly, real -life experience, my view is radically different than when I used my voice as a child.
I bring natural struggles to the surface in a way that's relatable to most so that each of us can recognize our weaknesses only as an opportunity to turn them into our strengths.
As I work with various groups including the youth, women and leadership teams, being part of the The John Maxwell Team, I use the experience and the tools I am now equipped with, to enrich myself and others as leaders.
