Scott Meador is an integrative health educator, program designer, and veteran advocate focused on improving physical health foundations to support mental resilience. He works primarily with veterans, first responders, and high-stress populations, helping them better understand how the body responds to stress, load, recovery, and environment.
Scott serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Project Healing Heroes, where he helps guide programs and initiatives that support veterans and first responders through education, connection, and appropriate referral to deeper support when needed.
He is also the founder of About Face Fitness, a free educational integrative health initiative designed to reduce pressure, confusion, and burnout by prioritizing understanding over motivation or willpower. His work emphasizes systems, sustainability, and real-world context rather than quick fixes or performance-driven approaches.
With over two decades of experience spanning fitness, integrative health education, and program development, Scott brings a grounded, evidence-informed perspective to topics such as physical resilience, stress load, sleep and recovery, movement, and long-term health sustainability. His presentations are known for being calm, direct, and actionable without being prescriptive.
Scott does not present as a coach or clinician. His role is to educate, clarify, and create space for better decisions by reducing overwhelm.
Core message: Heal the body. Heal the mind.
