Satriyo Dharmanto is an ICT professional with more than 25 years of experience and expertise in the ICT industry, with a proven track record, and a broad contribution to Provide Holistic Strategy and Consultancy Service to the Government, Privates, and Business Sectors. He also has Intense Experience in Technical, Strategic Management, Business Development, Leadership, and Rural Development.
He has a Master’s Degree in RF Material Science and Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics & Communications Engineering. He also has non-formal education and training in the field of ICT, Management, and Business.
He has broad experience & network in Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Taiwan, East Timor, PNG, UK, & Norway. And also has good relations with International organizations such as ITU, UNESCO, UNCTAD, UNDP, UNICEF, USAID.
He has a good engagement with Private Sectors, such as Mobile/fixed, Broadband & Broadcast operators, ISPs, OVPs, VMNO, IoT, AI, Digital Advertising, and Manufacturing Industries.
More than 20 Universities in Indonesia had invited him as a guest lecturer, to provide sharing sessions in the field of ICT, Digital Business, entrepreneurship, Strategic Management, Knowledge Management, and Rural Development. International institutions such as IEEE, SEACOP, CASBAA, ABU, AIBD, and ITU had also invited him as a speaker in their international forums.
He also contributed to the transfer of knowledge and Implementation of Satellite Communication Technology, to Indonesia Police Headquarters implemented in 32 Regional Police Offices, and also to 12 TV Broadcasters, and 3 Telco Operators.
He has a broad contribution to Rural Development activities, with a focus on the strengthening of the Digital Ecosystem, through the implementation of broadband Internet in part of Business Capacity Building to SMEs, Village-owned enterprises, and School connectivity.
Satriyo Dharmanto has written five books in ICT, he has also written many articles that have been published in IEEE Digital Explore, indexed by Scopus, as well as published articles in several newspapers and magazines in Indonesia.
Currently, Satriyo Dharmanto is a member of the Indonesia ITU Concern Forum (IICF), an Advisory Board of IEEE Indonesia Section, a Senior Member of IEEE, and actively contributes to IEEE Communication Society, IEEE Broadcasting Society, and IEEE Computer Society. He was the IEEE R10 Asia Pacific Industry Relation Committee, IEEE Communication Society Chapter Chair, and IEEE Indonesia Section Chair.
