Being a discoverer of the inside & outside world, Sascha is a speaker driven by a holistic approach to personal growth including physical and mental well-being.

Originally being from Germany Sascha has more than 12 years of experience in different companies, sectors (such as Insurance, International Finance & Renewable Energies) and countries: France, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands and China. However, his main interest were and are humans: human behavior, human growth and human interaction. And he realized that the limiting factor for both companies and individuals to grow is the human dimension. Very often - despite all our best intensions - we are our worst enemy.

As a Speaker, Personal Development Coach and Trainer he shares with individuals, companies & organizations his insights on topics such as authenticity, personal development, leadership, motivation, cooperation, trust and compassion. With his dynamic, positive, humorous and provocative style he creates a benevolent but challenging atmosphere, that facilitates learning, growth and that grasps the attention of the audience.

Happiness is easy! - We know it from the media, a suburban house, 2.2 kids, a fancy upper class car and some regular shopping is all we need. Surprisingly, this seems to work less and less, as burn-out rates increase while an increasing amount of people try to escape the treadmill of our society. Therefore it is time to have a closer look at Happiness and demystify some of the modern legends around it.
