Sarah Scahill is a dynamic speaker, corporate health and wellness consultant, and expert in disability management, employee well-being, and psychological health and safety. With over a decade of frontline nursing experience and extensive expertise in workplace health strategies, Sarah empowers organizations to foster resilient, engaged, and high-performing teams.
As the founder of ExecRN, Sarah specializes in corporate health and wellness consulting, providing organizations with evidence-based solutions to reduce absenteeism, navigate complex medical leaves, and implement proactive well-being initiatives. She integrates Western medical knowledge with holistic approaches, bridging the gap between science and spirituality to optimize workplace health outcomes.
Sarah is a Certified Disability Management Professional (CDMP), Legal Nurse Consultant (LNC), and Psychological Health & Safety Professional (PHS). She holds a Master of Health Studies with a dual focus on Health Research and Leadership from Athabasca University, where her research centered on burnout, compassion fatigue, and workforce resilience. She is also pursuing Canadian Certified Holistic Nurse Coaching (CCHNC) to further support employees in overcoming burnout and reintegrating into work and life.

She is the former Chair of the Medicine Hat Police Commission and a Councillor with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta, where she provides regulatory oversight for the nursing profession.
