Siebu's educational journey began in Liberia, where he attended St. Patrick's Catholic High School in Monrovia. However, his education was disrupted due to civil conflict in his home country during the late 1980s. Determined to pursue his studies, he sought refuge in Ghana, West Africa, where he earned his bachelor's degree from the KN University of Science and Technology. Subsequently, he relocated to The Netherlands, where he settled and completed his Master's degree. He holds a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Master of Business Administration from Strayer University, graduating with honours.
