I am a former HR professional and forever student of Anthropology. Having spent some time in the field of HR I realized that buzz words like "culture", "diversity", and "fit" are being misused and misinterpreted. Using my knowledge of culture from an anthropological perspective, I help executives, teams and HR professionals build a truly diverse workplace while facilitating the cultural (both ethnic and corporate) differences at play within a workplace community.
