Salwa Mahmoud Abuzeed

Salwa Abuzeed is a powerful and inspiring woman who has proven that she can lead with strength, respect, and empathy.

She got 96% in High School and joined the Chemistry department at the faculty of Education in 2015. She aimed at building generation and enhancing her soft skills including communication skills. Unfortunately, at first, her professors frustrated her and even told her not to give public talks.

However, she insisted on developing herself and improving her skills. Her efforts paid off at the end of 2018 when she was able to give public talks in many governorates all over Egypt. She gave a session known as ‘’ How to write a Professional CV’’ at BIO CODE Zagazig University and the Faculty of Computer Science Mansoura University.

, and another session at the Faculty of Education Mansoura University titled “ Women are all the society’’.

Salwa did not stop here, but she continued to learn more and more until she gave a talk at the International Woman Conference in the United States of America. Moreover, she volunteered in many organizations such as Google as a facilitator, Women Techmakers as a founding member and a Global Ambassador, and Google Developer Groups (GDG) as a co-organizer.

She gave a session knowns as‘’ Stop wasting your life ‘’ at WomenTech Global Conference 2021, and ‘’ Self- Motivation‘’ at Women Tech Network Global Conference 2020 in the United States of America.

In addition, she obtained a certificate of high readings and intonation at the Institute of Readings in Al-Azhar Al-Sharif. Furthermore, she is planning to continue her studies including MS.c and Ph.D. in chemistry along with benefiting the youth from her knowledge and experience.

In conclusion, Salwa Abozeed has proven that when women participate in the workforce, they can play an important role in initiating and inspiring progress. Investing in women's leadership is therefore smart security as well as smart development.
