Chef Sachet' is an accomplished private chef with over 10 years of experience working in the food industry. Chef Sachet completed culinary school in Chicago, IL at Illinois-Institute of Art - Chicago and from there began a career in restaurants before finding her niche in private catering.
Chef Sachet is a featured chef with Le Creuset French cookware as well as a cookbook author, speaker and volunteer for Nephcure Kidney International. She’s also a Chef Instructor for Common Threads Foundation teaching virtual cooking classes for Chicago Public Schools and private in-home classes and dinner parties.
Chef Sachet's passion for kidney friendly living stems from her being a caregiver for her 13 year old son who's battling FSGS, an aggressive form of kidney disease for over 5 years. Since his diagnosis, Chef Sachet has become an advocate for parents of kids battling End Stage Renal Failure.
Chef Sachet currently resides in Michigan with her family.
