Bio

Ryan holds a bachelors degree in Business Management from Simpson College. He served for four years in the United States Navy as a Flight Deck Director where he was part of over 10,000 launch and recovery missions. Ryan currently serves as Deputy Director of Iowa Workforce Development.

In the late-90’s Ryan developed the disease Acromegaly (giantism) as a result of a pituitary brain tumor. The complications of the disease affected Ryan both physically and self-esteem wise. The disease forced Ryan to find unique ways to build his confidence and ultimately become an expert in self-motivation.

Ryan's real passion is as an entrepreneur and he focuses on coaching people on how to find their inner dominance to accomplish their goals and dreams. He also created and hosts the Revealing Healing Motivational Health Stories

podcast and developed the fitness app, Resistance Assistance Fitness Made Easy.

Brain Tumor Survivor Living with Acromeglay

Almost 20 years ago I was diagnosed with a pituitary brain tumor that was caused by the disease Acromegaly. Acromegaly is a form of (giantism) and the health journey I have lived has taught me lessons that you can only learn when you suffer through some tough times. Its a great story of victory.

I served on the U.S.S. Abraham Lincoln for 4 years. The expertise I learned through that experience is still translatable today. When your teammates depend on you for the safety of their life it changes your perspective on important the details really are. Little accomplishments equal big victories.

I created and host the Revealing Healing Motivational Health Stories Podcast. It was started in early 2019 and I bring on all sorts of people with motivating health stories. The interview collection I have collected is full of wisdom and insight into what the human mind can do when tested.

Fitness App Creator

I created the Resistance Assistance Fitness Made Easy App in late Spring. The app contains exercises that are done with only resistance bands. Fitness is a fantastic way to improve your body of course but it does more for your mind then talked about. The app is a great way to get in shape.
