Russell Scott

The developer of the "Success Through Power of Intent" principles, Mr. Scott has of over 30 years of public service, has more than 20 years of experience in training leaders, executive, managers, supervisors, and career professionals.

Mr. Scott has specialized in the Career Development, Customer Service, Leadership, Diversity, and Communication.

Mr. Scott has held positions of leadership with Toastmasters International, served on the Board of the D.C. Blues Society, and is a former Vice-Chair of the Charles County Commission for Women.
