Roze was born and raised in Kosovo, (former Yugoslavia) and moved to the U.S. in 1998 during the ethnic cleansing of Kosovo.
Women in Kosovo are limited in life choices and are considered second class citizens. Becoming a resource and creating a path for women is one of her main passions in life, so she created Real Women Collective Action (RWCA) a 501 (c) (3) to accomplish just that. For more info visit www.rwcanow.org.

Not only is Roze a business owner, but she has over 10 years of banking experience and over 8 years of running small businesses. In banking, she has focused primarily on business lending, small business credit, business development, strategic planning, management, small business lending, consumer lending, team development, coaching, and community development. Additional abilities include building successful work teams, project management, multi-layer communication, networking, and relationship building.
