He has a foundation in consulting, as well as solution design partnering with carriers and clients in and outside of the insurance industry to develop and achieve their growth and profitability strategies through digital transformation and technology innovation.
Rich has presented at numerous insurance industry conferences with speaking engagements through associations to include Insurance Canada, PCI, and RAA Catastrophe Modeling Association. He is recognized as a speaker at various Technology conferences such as CIO Summit and Adastra as well as a distinguished speaker at the Board of Advisors for CGI Canada on behalf of technology leaders such as Cisco and Pitney Bowes Software.
