Rhonda Simmons utilizes her expertise, experience, and training from her dual career to serve two unique groups. First, with nearly 15 years experience in education, Rhonda's nonprofit organization, The Simmons Empowerment Foundation Inc. (TSEFI) serves unwed, teen moms. Rhonda is a Master Certified Professional Coach, and her coaching practice, Rhonda L. Simmons, LLC, offers two coaching programs. Her program, Dear Future Me: The Coaching Program for at-risk students ages 14-21, helps to improve their college and career readiness.

Rhonda is a published author, with her most recent book being Dear Future Me: The Journey Begins, available on Amazon and Barnes and Noble. She is pursuing her doctorate in educational leadership from Liberty University and is expected to graduate in May 2024.
