Rhonda Simmons utilizes her expertise, experience, and training from her dual career to serve two unique groups. First, with nearly 15 years experience in education, Rhonda's nonprofit organization, The Simmons Empowerment Foundation Inc. (TSEFI) serves unwed, teen moms. TSEFI's vision is to have a home for unwed, teen moms while empowering them through pre- and post-natal health education, job skills training, and coaching. https://www.tsefi.org

Rhonda is a Master Certified Professional Coach, and her coaching practice, Rhonda L. Simmons, LLC, offers two coaching programs. Her program, Dear Future Me: The Coaching Program for at-risk students ages 14-21, helps to improve their college and career readiness.

Second, with over 30 years in ministry, Rhonda coaches pastors' wives and helps them improve their life balance without jeopardizing their marriages, ministries, or careers. This second coaching program is called From Burntout to Balanced. https://www.coachrhonda.org
