Rhea brings a unique voice to the design community with her ability to raise awareness through verbal and written discourse. Her mission is to foster a strong community that supports diverse perspectives amongst tech professionals. Her work as a designer has been focused in the Fintech space where she works on the consumer experience for H&R Block and soon Ethos life.
