Rhea Allen is the Co-founder and CEO of Peppershock Media, which was established in 2003. Peppershock is a Small Business of the Year recipient, and an Emmy-award winning full-service ad agency featuring creative production services. Rhea is an expert in marketing, branding + culture and content development, and can be a Chief Marketing Officer for hire. She is passionate about building brands and bottom lines for fortune none to Fortune 100 companies, in the Treasure Valley and beyond. She has been asked to be a keynote, a workshop presenter, a panel facilitator, an emcee, and is a published periodical writer and author. In addition, Rhea mentors young professionals who belong to the Boise Young Professionals group she co-founded in 2005. She is also an adjunct marketing professor at Boise State University. She serves on several non-profit boards in her community, is a proud Rotarian, and is a wife to her business partner and co-founder, Drew Allen, with whom she shares two sons.
