Rhea Allen Introduction Bio

Rhea Allen is the Co-founder and CEO of Peppershock Media, which was established in 2003. Peppershock is a Small Business of the Year recipient, and an Emmy-award winning full-service ad agency featuring creative production services. Rhea is an expert in marketing, branding + culture and content development, and can be a Chief Marketing Officer for hire. She is passionate about building brands and bottom lines for fortune none to Fortune 100 companies, in the Treasure Valley and beyond. She has been asked to be a keynote, a workshop presenter, a panel facilitator, an emcee, and is a published periodical writer and author. In addition, Rhea mentors young professionals who belong to the Boise Young Professionals group she co-founded in 2005. She is also an adjunct marketing professor at Boise State University. She serves on several non-profit boards in her community, is a proud Rotarian, and is a wife to her business partner and co-founder, Drew Allen, with whom she shares two sons. They are into football, hiking, biking, camping, golfing, and swimming, and that’s not all! They have two dogs, three backyard chickens, four fish, and a garden! She is the host of the “Marketing Expedition” podcast, a top 5% global podcast ranked by ListenNotes, and she is the founder of the “Marketing Expedition Members Community and Facebook group. Also an in-demand integrative marketing consultant, national presenter, and keynote speaker, Rhea emphasizes team building and creating a culture where she and her team can perform superb work for their loyal Peppershock clients. You might say that she facilitates clients and crew through the creative process, but really, she has fun! A television news & promotions background in the Treasure Valley and at the top 12 market in Seattle provides investigative, documentary, testimonial, and "edutainment" style to her celebrated work. Peppershock is headquartered in Nampa, Idaho, and has expanded into the Salt Lake City area but works with Fortune none to Fortune 100 companies across the globe, building brands and bottom lines. Rhea and her husband, Drew Allen, creative director/COO of Peppershock, have two boys, Emerson and Kaden; they enjoy spending time outdoors together.
