In a career spanning more than a decade, I have taken up assignments with Avalon Consulting, Nielsen and Kantar.My present role is of a consumer insights specialist in the Brand Domain. This includes helping clients with brand strategy and brand guidance.
In my previous roles, I have focused on delivering growth for clients (FMCG, retail, pharma, durables, consulting, auto and telecom) through consumer-centric strategies in areas ranging from new product development, brand health guidance, customer satisfaction to in-store marketing.
I am a member of the Kantar UK&I Inclusion & Diversity Steering committee and am part of the taskforce committed to building a more inclusive working environment at Kantar.
In 2019 I spearheaded a region-wide initiative with approximately 200 face to face inclusive behavior workshops at the workplace.
I am currently leading several initiatives to facilitate better representation of ethnic and minority communities at Kantar. This involves systemic changes in recruitment, retention and mentoring.
I am also actively involved in mentoring for migrant and underrepresented communities.
