Her eclectic experience on five continents started in Germany and includes leadership positions at Boston Consulting Group (Europe, South America, U.S.) as well as ownership of businesses in Argentina, Brazil, and the U.S.
This experience shaped her into a multinational and multilingual Transformational Leadership Coach, International Inspirational Speaker, Author of Speak up, Stand out and Shine and of Living My Freakin’ Amazing Life: Create the Life That’s Perfect for YOU – Anywhere in the World (also in Portuguese). She also co-authored three other books and wrote numerous articles for magazines in the U.S. and Africa, where she has been featured by multiple media outlets. She is the Host of the RISE TO LEAD Podcast.
Over the years, she has held many volunteer roles in organizations and at events in the U.S., Africa, Latin America, Asia/Middle East, and Australia. She was a TV Show Host at WIN WIN Women TV/Roku TV, a Member of the Leadership Team of the Financial Women’s Association (FWA), and has collaborated with numerous organizations in Africa (Ghana, Cameroon, South Africa, Rwanda, Uganda, Zimbabwe, Zambia, etc).
Regina studied numerous holistic methodologies and created several proprietary coaching frameworks: Powerful Leadership Transformation (PLT)™, New-Paradigm Leadership™, The T.h.r.i.v.i.n.g. Leader Formula™, Unique Assets Framework™, and Get Your Dream Salary™. She is a Conversational Intelligence (C-IQ)® Enhanced Skills Practitioner. She speaks five languages (along with some Italian) and translated 12 books.
