I have spent 20+ years working as a Talent Acquisition specialist for various business sectors including the financial and legal fields. In that time, I've also held positions such as Director of Recruitment and HR Consultant for law firms, Fortune 500 companies and legal recruiting agencies.
As a result, I’ve had the unique opportunity to interview hundreds of employers and thousands of employees. This background afforded me a unique insight into people’s responses to the workplace, what was causing dissatisfaction in the workplace, and what created joy. This, along with my own personal experience, led me to create a series of unique tools and processes that help clients have the lifestyle they’ve always wanted through a career that serves their needs and desires.
