Rebecca is a strongwoman, powerlifter, international speaker, and one of the most fun competition MC’s in Australia.
Bec has been involved in strength sports since 2011, when she made her debut in a Sydney strongman competition, and became an early pioneer of the now massive strongwoman movement in Australia. A short time after, she found and fell in love with powerlifting. Bec has competed at multiple national powerlifting and strongman events, and represented Australian twice in 2012 Slovakia and 2013 Hungary, as a super heavyweight powerlifter.
In 2013 she set the highest female total in GPC Australia with 412.5kg, including a 180kg deadlift.
Rebecca has presented both corporate sessions and panels, as well as motivational talks to athletes. Bec has spoken at large and small scale events including Oz Dreamin, Down Under Dreaming, Salesforce World Tour - Sydney and Melbourne, as well as speaking internationally at Hyderabad Trailblazin in 2018. Bec's preferred topics included change management, being a trailblazer, impostor syndrome, body positivity and self esteem, and being a woman in technology.
Bec is an advocate for equality, diversity and inclusion, is passionate about loving one’s body, and wants you to know that you are braver than you think.
