Raúl T. Pereyra (RTP) is a certified Professional in Human Resources with an MA from UT Austin, a BA from UC Berkeley, and a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University.

He is the son of Mexican immigrants and enjoys helping people succeed.

Raúl is a beacon for mission-driven leaders in nonprofits, benefit corporations/B-Corps, and socially responsible businesses. With roots deeply intertwined with the struggles and triumphs of Mexican immigrants, Raúl is driven by a passion for fostering success and nurturing positive relationships with employees.

With 20+ years of experience across nonprofits, training, HR, and DEI, Raúl is the force behind RTP Learning. His mission? To help mission-driven leaders boost their confidence and effectiveness through transformational leadership coaching, so they lead with greater impact.
