She started PeopleQ in 2017, with one goal in mind, that is to help businesses enhance their people quotient to leverage people for business growth through HR strategies, systems and processes. PeopleQ mainly caters to SMEs and start-ups, helping them in achieving strategic results through optimum human resource contribution.
She has over a decade of experience in the area of Human Resource Management and Organizational Development interventions.
She has worked both as an in-house HR & a consultant with companies like SBI General Insurance, Great Place to Work, HM Patel Centre for Medical Care & Education, Anand Automotive, Reliance Capital, UB Group and so on. This helps her to combine the business experiences and flair for consulting to provide practical solution to complex problems.
