He is the founder of Refined and Refreshed Inc., a 501c3 nonprofit dedicated to building healthy flourishing legacies by breaking the cycle of generational poverty. Ralph has a MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology and certificates varying from nonprofit management, operations management, process improvement and storytelling.
