Rajiv Pant is an entrepreneur, consultant, and sought after speaker. As CTO at The New York Times, Rajiv led the successful development and delivery of dozens of acclaimed mobile and web products over 4 years. He managed a staff of 420+ which he grew from a third of its size.
Before this, he headed up digital technology at Conde Nast for 4 years, where he managed multiple fast-paced, growing teams including Reddit. Admired by his colleagues as a people-person, open-minded collaborator, and approachable leader, Rajiv also enjoys writing software code.
