As Co-Founder and Principal of SPARK Solutions for Growth, Rachel counsels a global client base including Johnson & Johnson, Allergan, Pfizer and Bayer. As an accomplished speaker, VAGIPRENEUR and former President of Semprae Laboratories, Inc., a venture-backed company focused on developing and marketing women's sexual health products, Rachel is frequently featured at leadership and entrepreneurship events on topics related to Women Leaders and Business Growth. She has been a featured speaker at Stanford University Graduate School of Business, Duke University, The Fuqua School at Duke University, Yale School of Management, Barnard College, and Entrepreneurship Week.
