My journey at Amazon has exposed me to multiple e-com domains Selling Partners Registration & On-boarding, Regional Hyper-local Solutions on Catalog & Pricing, Service Fulfillment Network, Heavy Bulky Product Deliveries & Logistics, Accounting, Finance, Tax etc. My notion of growth is ones ability to enable other. I am very passionate about Mentoring (within & outside of Amazon). Being a Hiring Bar Raiser with over 250 interviews, i collaborate with Recruiters, Hiring Managers and Interviewers across jobs roles (SDE, SDMs, TPMs, Product Managers, Operations Managers etc) & levels. I have helped build multiple teams ground up within Amazon, stabilize their charter and setting them on a growth trajectory. In my free time, i love collaborating with startup founders, helping them build their Teams and Technology Strategy.
