I am Poonam sharma. I am a mother of 2 beautiful, smart, curious, annoying, naughty children. In addition to that, I am a professional, working in pharma sector in different roles in operations, quality and development. But just being a working mother wasn't enough title for me, so I took up other things! I am currently studying MBA (already have PhD) to broaden my business knowledge and improve my leadership, communications and management skills. Additionally, I am an active member (was chairperson for community service projects) of Rotary club Utrecht international. Is that enough for me? Well almost! I love to talk. I love to talk about my work, very technical, but oh wait... its biotechnology! I love talking about various applications of biotechnology, the field itself, consultancy and Science/industry biotech life. Also, I like to talk about Women empowerment, women in leadership, work life balance, Being expat, confidence and smile as superpowers, Art of communications, cross-cultural communications and related topics! Have not yet done, but have my interests are running into the direction of sustainability topics as well such as plastic soup, bioplastics, circular economy, globalization- good or bad?, etc. I am looking forward to speak at your events and interact with you all!
