Pingnan Shi

I have lived in China, Canada, and the US. I am a pastor and an HS math teacher, after a successful 20-years engineering career. I want to help inner-city kids get out of generational poverty. I have worked out a solution. Please help me to reach out to as many people as possible to save those kids and break the school to prison pipeline.
