His approach to keynote speaking is to ensure that they are crackling with energy and possibility. Among current favourite topics is 'Skeleton Woman - Addressing Toxic Masculinity in the Workplace,' 'Jumping Mouse - Engendering Change and Transformation in the Workplace,' 'Why there are no Tigers in Borneo - Corporate Culture in Crisis,' and 'The Blackamoor - Overcoming Racial Prejudice and Stereotyping in the Workplace.' Skeleton Woman, Switch Bitch and Gawain and the Loathsome Lady -

Confronting Toxic Masculinity at the Workplace in the Age of the #MeToo Movement.

In a recent article in the Financial Times, writer Madison Marriage describes a corporate event at the Dorchester Hotel in London which she attended as akin to being ‘thrown into a pit of randy business boys.’ Many working women would agree with such a sentiment. So would some men.

In this new, original and crackling corporate keynote, the Big Chief Talking Bull dons his headdress and tasselled waistcoat, and moves into dangerous terrain, spitting fire on toxic masculinity.

In telling two traditional stories – Inuit and Arthurian legends - and some modern-day anecdotes, this captivating storyteller distils the essence of the gender-related problem and how it can be overcome. The presentation is not for the faint-hearted and superficial. But if you’re serious about confronting the issue at the nub of gender stereotyping and prejudice, this presentation will embolden your bravery.

Mice Who Make It - Personal Change and Transformation

In this cracking and captivating keynote, Big Chief Talking Bull tells the story of Jumping Mouse, a North American legend, and applies the beautiful story's great lessons to personal change and transformation. Estimated to be aged in the millennia, the story is a wonderful example of mythologist Joseph Campbell's Hero's Journey story archetype. The Big Chief has told the story on hundreds of occasions to a wide variety of audiences, mostly in business settings, all of whom are inspired by the story and its passionate telling.

Why There Are No Tigers in Borneo - Corporate Culture in Crisis

In this mesmerising, cracking keynote, Big Chief Talking Bull tells a traditional tale from the North Pacific Ocean islands, which works as an insightful exposition of why corporate culture is in crisis, and how to evolve new ways of working which are in tune with modern times. Aspects of corporate culture including leadership and management, problem-solving and decision-making, and creativity and innovation, are all cast in a new light which shows the way. As the great rock band Queen would have it, 'It's a kind of magic!'

We Need New Leadership! The King, the Cat and the Fiddle

In this cracking and challenging presentation, Big Chief Talking Bull entertainingly tells, with high audience participation, The King, the Cat and the Fiddle, an allegorical story penned by renowned violinist Yehudi Menuhin and South African novelist Chrisopher Hope. The story challenges the power of accountants and the bottom-line in contemporary corporate culture, introducing the more potent influence of heroic leadership. The story challenges the audience to confront and interrogate their leadership focus, and suggests a new way of thinking about what causes followers to rally around a particular leader. Audiences should prepare themselves for a controversial debate and discussion.
