I’m a bit obsessed about powerful training and presenting.
I’ve been busy helping experts, entrepreneurs and organisations to grow their business and their brands by harnessing the power of speaking for the past 30 years. Presentation Intelligence® and Exceptional Communication are the things that rock my world. Even after all this time I still get such a thrill watching my clients growth journey. I love the results I get working closely with my clients, knowing that when I’m done, they now have the confidence, knowledge and skills to have a real impact on the people and organisations they work with. I get just as addicted to achieving their goals as they do.

Dynamic, inspiring, passionate and commercially savvy are all words that are used to describe Paula as a keynote speaker, trainer, MC and business coach. She is the author of the books Speaking in the Shower, Powerful Presentation Principles and Sell Your Story and is recognised as a leading expert in business training and presenting. She is the CEO of the Global Institute of Training and Presenting, a training company committed to delivering leading-edge and innovative training solutions.
Paula holds the CSP (Certified Speaking Professional) designation by the National Speakers Association. Only a small number of professional speakers hold the CSP designation globally. Paula brings her rich life experience, presenting skill and infectious personality to the platform or training room every time.
Paula developed the first Presentation Skills Diploma Qualification in Australia and now the world-first Qualification in Neuropresenting ®, the leading-edge brain-friendly train the trainer programme. Paula values long term business relationships and many of her clients have her returning year after year as a partner in meeting their organisational goals. Her 30 years’ experience along with tertiary qualifications in adult learning, ensures the intended message always gets across.
Although Paula specialises in all things presenting she also enjoys speaking about making a Conscious Impact, Women in Business, Personal Branding, Critical and Creative Thinking and Exceptional Communication. She has worked with some of Australia’s largest companies (and some of the smallest) and is totally committed to behavioural change and long-term partnerships.
Paula is also a proud mum of 3, wife of 1 and friend to a few more. She has been seen attempting the occasional triathlon and enjoys hanging out on her Perth Hills property with a whole bunch of adorable Alpacas
