Paul is one of Africa's most decorated business speakers having attained his CSP in 2008. Based in Johannesburg, South Africa he delivers high content speeches online or in-person. He uses storytelling to create relatable business analogies during his speeches.
Paul is the author of 2 books on speaking and presenting. He is the MD of Johannesburg based communication skills company, Congruence Training founded in 1995.
Paul lectures, coaches and trains on presenting with confidence. He has spoken at conferences and corporate events all over the world. He is an acclaimed business speaker, coach and authority on mindset shift, customer experience and social styles.
Paul has addressed several professional speaker conventions internationally. His articles on presentation skills and customer experience have been regularly published.
Since 2005 he has run the Two Oceans (ultra) marathon 13 times achieving blue number status in 2014 (for completing 10 consecutive ultra runs). He completed back to back Comrades marathons between Durban and Pietermaritzburg – 87km up (2013) & 89km down (2014) and again in 2017. He has 135 logged scuba dives, plays guitar properly and hums a tune for relaxation. He lives in Sandton, South Africa with his wife Trudi and youngest daughter Jenna.
