Pat A. Tamakloe, Ph.D., NBC-HWC

Pat A. Tamakloe, Ph.D. (“Dr. PAT”) is nationally board-certified to coach leaders in their leadership health and organizational wellness as the Chief Executive Officer of an international business leadership strategy consultancy and training firm. He co-pastors in a local church ministry with an international reach, and founded The Leaders Lounge, a 501(c) 3 nonprofit that provides vital coaching and educational resources to enhance sound mental health for leaders across both private and public sectors. He is an organizational leadership expert, published author, leadership trainer, speaker, executive coach and executive mentor for a renowned university. He coaches leaders in small business organizations, governments, and ecclesiastical organizations.

Dr. PAT accomplished multiple military campaigns as a commissioned officer in his military roles to enhance United States international relations over a 23-year naval career. He has been nominated and awarded for his executive leadership acumen and transformation of countless organizations and recognized as an emerging leadership authority and global change agent. He serves on multiple boards to create impactful changes around the world and has authored multiple books available globally. He lives in Virginia Beach, VA with his family.
