In 2020, I spoke about a topic titled "Are You Ready For the Post-Pandemic ‘War For Talent’?" I discussed the challenges posed by COVID-19 and the necessary preparations for the evolving job market. Organizations are currently in 'survival mode,' but the post-pandemic phase demands a shift to a 'run as fast as you can' model to bridge pandemic-induced gaps.

I emphasized that the world won't return to the 'old normal,' requiring organizations to tap into highly skilled professionals for recovery and identifying new opportunities. The prevalence of remote jobs and digital technology has made the job market global, creating opportunities for talents like myself.

I urged the audience to assess their readiness for the changing landscape and the wave of post-COVID-19 career opportunities. To thrive in the post-pandemic War for Talent, I stressed the importance of developing key competencies by acquiring new, relevant skills.
