The Harvard University-trained business leader currently serves as the Analytics Manager at Abbott Laboratories, leading analytics of quality complaint data to drive advanced data automation and provide additional insight into large amounts of data.
Mr. Jinadu goes above and beyond expectations to accomplish objectives, and he is credited with championing quality-wide automation of data processing at the company, reducing data processing time by 99%. The dexterous professional not only has an outstanding work ethic, but is also a superior communicator, with exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Other notable organizations he has worked for include Thyssenkrupp Elevator as the Quality Director and Raytheon Technologies as the Senior Project Manager. Between 2007 and 2014, Olukayode Jinadu served as the Product Design Group Leader for Cummins Inc., getting recognition as Cummings High Performing employee during several annual performance appraisals.
One of his outstanding milestones at the company is spearheading $15M in cost reduction activities for design organization that identified efficient material change for the crankshaft to lower-cost material with equivalent engineering properties.
Olukayode Jinadu holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Lagos, Nigeria, and a Master of Science from San Diego University, San Diego, CA. He also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of North Carolina.
In 2019, he attended a Business Analytics Program at Harvard Business School, Harvard University. Besides his academic qualifications, Mr. Jinadu is also an active member of several professional associations, including the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE), the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), and the National Black MBA Association (NBMBAA).
Olukayode Jinadu is also passionate about giving back to society. He recently donated funds to support after-school programs for high school students across the United States.
