WCIF Benefits Summit

I was invited to WCIF's Benefits Summit in Kennewick, Washington to lead a Balance Workshop designed to equip the participants with tools to find balance and prevent burnout.

Audience walked away with:
1. Tools to proactively manage burnout
2. An understanding of mindfulness modalities including intention setting, mindful movement, journaling, conversation, and meditation

About WCIF:
Washington Counties Insurance Fund (WCIF) is a public sector, nonprofit, multiple-employer health and welfare trust in Tumwater, WA. Syracuse University IMPRESS Series

I was invited to Syracuse University's Whitman School of Management to teach students accessible methods to build a mental health toolkit and better manage stress and build success.
