I'm a Russian American musician, a teacher and a healer.

Before I became a healer, I got sick with psoriatic arthritis. It's a tremendously hard disease to live with. My body was constantly in pain, my muscles atrophied and I lost all the power in my hands. I was able to lift one empty plate at a time only. After a year of chemotherapy and immune-suppressant drugs I discovered qi gong and that's how my healing journey began. I started learning this new art of self-healing and did 3 - 5 hours of practice a day. In two months a doctor told me that I went into "spontaneous" remission. Of course it was due to my hard work. And this was only the beginning of my healing. I kept on digging deeper and developed principles of self-healing during my journey that I applied for my own healing as well as other people's self-healing journey. Without them people try modalities like yoga, qi gong and others, but still cannot heal themselves. These principles were the key in my inner work and self healing.

I have received a lot of education in the area of self-healing on physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels.
