International consultant with an engineering and ICT background and extensive experience in project management & quality, research and development grants, business development, Innovation management, Intellectual Property and Legal and Financial Issues.

• Over 12 years of working experience in designing, tendering, implementing and monitoring of consulting projects related to Research, Technology Development and Innovation (RTDI): H2020, FP7, INTERREG, MED, LIFE+, CIP ICT PSP and Structural Funds);

• Over 8 years in Senior Executive positions, working and coordinating international teams of up to 30 people and multiple subcontractors, managing Stakeholders, Sponsors and Shareholders. 

• Proven track in building international consortia & preparing successful bids in consortia (implementation of more than 20 successful projects of total value above 50 mE)

• Experience in the management of Legal Issues for start-ups: experience in setting up new companies in Greece, Israel, Bulgaria, UK. Preparation of all legal documents, mentoring shareholders, drafting agreements.

• Experience in Financial Management: planning, budgeting, P&L statements, business plans and financial monitoring.

• Experience in dealing with IPR issues (organizing trainings, transferring know-how and delivering personalized support to researchers). Preparation of Exploitation & IPR Plans for new ventures in more than 14 projects.

• 12+ years experience in Programme/Project Management & Quality and business development experience coupled with a robust understanding of end user needs in global firms.
