Nuala Walsh

Nuala is an author, award-winning business leader, non-executive director and behavioural scientist.

Named among the 100 Most Influential Women in Finance, her leadership experience spans three decades in financial services at Merrill Lynch, BlackRock, PA Consulting, and Standard Life Aberdeen where she served as Chief Marketing Officer.

President of the Harvard Club of Ireland, she is a Founding Director of the Global Association of Behavioural Scientists and Chairs the Innocence Project London.

Founder CEO at MindEquity Consulting, she advises leading firms such as Uber, Asics, BBC and Handelsbanken.

A former Vice-chair of UN Women UK, current Advisory / Board appointments span business, sport and non-profit organizations and include The Football Association; World Athletics; JD Haspel executive search; and the British and Irish Lions.

She earned first-class Masters degrees in Behavioral Science and in Business Studies as well as a BA in Philosophy from Trinity College Dublin.

A visiting speaker at the Harvard Kennedy School, Texas University A&M, INSEAD, and the London School of Economics, her insights feature in Harvard Business Review, Forbes, Fox New, Benchmark Asia, Financial Times, BBC and The Economist.
