Noelia Amoedo is a prominent entrepreneur and expert in digital technology with a unique blend of strategic vision, technical expertise, and human values. Over her long career in digital tech, she has pioneered significant technological shifts, including micropayments for digital goods, mobile services, social networks, and AI-based programmatic advertising. In addition to leading companies at the forefront of digital innovation and delivering value for her investors, she has been deeply involved in creating awareness about the impact of digital technology in all aspects of society as a Fellow of the Aspen Institute in Spain since 2012.

Today, Noelia leads NODEOM, an advisory firm with a clear vision: a world where companies use innovative technology to help humans and society thrive and become more successful for it. BOTH business success AND human-centric innovation are possible and necessary. Noelia is committed to creating more stories of companies that prove it. She is also a Non-Executive Director and Advisor in several software companies and a lecturer on Human-Centric AI at multiple institutions.

Noelia is a Fulbright scholar and holds a Bachelor's degree in Physics with a specialization in optical communications from the University of Santiago de Compostela, a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, and a Certificate in Corporate Governance from ESADE.
